Accepted Answer

Yes, I do free estimates.

Question 3

Do you charge a service fee for diagnostic services?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if I must perform diagnostics via time consuming testing, special equipment, or difficult access to areas such as crawl spaces or a roof, a service charge may apply. This is uncommon and I will always inform you and ask for your permission before beginning any diagnostic services.

Question 4

Do you do 24-hour emergency service?

Accepted Answer

No, not officially. However, if you have a genuine plumbing emergency after hours, you can try to call me. There is no guarantee I can always help, but if it's possible, I will come out to save the day (or night) if needed.

Question 5

How do I schedule for you to come out?

Accepted Answer

The best way to schedule is to call me at 410-865-9848. You can also schedule online at www.callbuchananplumbing.com/contact

Question 6

How do I cancel my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Just call or text to cancel. There is no fee and there are no hard feelings for cancellation. I know life happens or situations change. I just ask you to be considerate and give me notice as soon as possible.

Question 7

Are my pets okay?

Accepted Answer

I am usually fine with pets. I love animals. Some dogs I will greet cautiously if needed and rarely will I ask for a dog to be put away. If your dog is aggressive, I ask that you please put them in another location before I arrive. Again, I love dogs, but sometimes it is necessary for my safety.

Question 8

What happens after I schedule?

Accepted Answer

I will give you a 2-hour window for my arrival time. I call or text when on the way and give you a free estimate with up front pricing before I begin. For many jobs I can begin work immediately.

Question 9

Do I have to be home for you to come out?

Accepted Answer

While it is better for you or someone else to be home, it's not necessary. If I have access, and communication with you, I can often come and go with no direct contact. It's whatever you're comfortable with.
